Bail

During check-in, the amount of 300.00€ must be paid or left in credit card, as a deposit. This amount will be refunded betwen 2-3 days after the check-out according to the conditions of the propertie. For any questions the reception staff will inform you.

Check-in / Check-out

Key pick up: Monday- Saturday 15:30h - 19:30h.
Key drop off: before 10:00.

The keys are picked up from and dropped off at the offices of JV IMMO (C/ Merce Rodoreda 1 local 5 de Roses).If the client is unable to adapt to the hours stated, there will be a charge of €25 and JV IMMO  must be notified of the estimated time of arrival (+34 872985101).

Cancellation fees

In event of cancellations on the part of the client, the following conditions will apply

If the cancellation is effected 45 days before the date of arrival of the customer, 20% of the total rental value will be retained.
If the cancellation is made between 21-45 days before the date of arrival of the customer, 30% of the total rental value will be retained.
If the cancellation is made between 0-21 days before the date of arrival of the customer, 40% of the total rental value will be retained.
If the cancellation is made once the client has entered into the property, Immogestio will retain the full 100% of the total value deposited by the client in this arrangement.
