Situated about 40 metres from the steps leading down to this stunning sandy bay. New POOL 4m x 8m and surrounding terrace with sunbeds and sofa seating areas.
The house is fitted with WIFI. The TV is flat screen modern with a playstation.There are plenty of beach toys and a mini `fun tennis´ net as well as a ping pong table on the downtairs terrace.
The villa consists of a main villa (which sleeps 10), there is a separate studio which sleeps another 4-6.
Steps lead up to the entrance, the studio is on the first level and further steps lead up to the main part of the villa. Off the entrance hall is a huge lounge and open planned dining area.
A very large new, well equipped kitchen is on this level A door leads from the kitchen out onto a side terrace for outside dining with shade if required and two BBQ’s, one gas and one coal for outdoor cooking. Sea glimpses from the terrace too.
The kitchen has 2 large fridge freezers and delonghi or filter coffee macines.
In the villa on this lower level there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, with Jacuzzi bath and shower attachment.
Upstairs you will find another four double bedrooms, two of which open up to the front terraces with great views and sea glimpses.
On this level are two modern bathrooms with shower etc as seen in the photos.
There is a separate studio to sleep ideally 4 but can accommodate 6 people with one bedroom with double bed and a 2 sofa beds in the lounge area with a independent kitchen area. The modern bathroom has a shower.
Parking is in 3 available open garages below the house.
A 1-2 minute walk will take you to Almadrava sandy cove where you will find in the summer months a beach bar serving drinks and snacks and 4 other very good restaurants directly off the beach. Santa Lucia restaurant normally has live music on the beach twice a week during high summer period and El Mirador also has music evenings and special events.
